I made these over the past weekend… yes, among all the cupcakes I made these as well. These were delicious, fudgy, gooey… can’t go wrong with real butter and melted chocolate. They still don’t top my favorite brownies, Barefoot Contessa Outrageous Brownies, but awesome none the less. They got rave reviews at Joe’s restaurant.
All good brownies start off with good old melted butter and chocolate:
With some egg and sugar added
Folding in the whipped eggs and sugar. I love the swirl 🙂

In the pan, baked, cut, boxed… Holy YUM!!!
A little bit of a crack at the edges… oh well!
I cut them into 24 because of how rich they were… 18 would have been too big to handle.
On the cupcakes from the other day…
My students LOVED them! One girl was licking and scraping the cupcake liner to get it all 🙂
Joe’s colleagues absolutely loved the cheesecake cupcakes. They almost tasted like a cheese danish, but better.
